2019 Tea Ceremony – Hagi School
Following the first shrine visit of the new year, we held a tea ceremony at Hagi school.
The second-year students got kimonos dressed and looked very happy.
First, we learned Japanese tea ceremony etiquette, then drank bitter matcha after a sweet Japanese confection.
Some students had a cool face, some students said that it is delicious, I think that it was a good experience for them(* ^ – ^ *)
The first year student who helped us for preparing the tea ceremony seemed to be looking forward to next year’s opportunity for them to wear kimonos. ♪ ♪ ♪
